Move-out day is almost here! At The Seasons student living complex in Tucson, Arizona, move-out day is July 31st at 10 AM. Whether you’re a University of Arizona student, Pima Community College student, or graduating and moving on, we’ve got your back.
Here’s how to pack, clean, and move out like a pro — and leave your space spotless.
Know Your Move-Out Date
Our move-out day is July 31st. Plan ahead and mark it on your calendar. Give yourself at least a week to organize, pack, and clean.
Declutter and Organize
Go through every room, closet, and cabinet.

Humane Society

Casa Maria Soup Kitchen

Recycle electronics, paper, and other eligible items

Toss broken or damaged belongings you won’t be taking with you
Deep Clean for Your Final Inspection
Make your move smooth, focus on:

Kitchen: Empty and wipe down fridge, oven, microwave, and cabinets

Make sure you have a truck, dolly, or friends lined up for moving day. Book early, as moving trucks and storage units fill quickly this time of year.
Final Check at The Seasons
You can request an inspection prior to July 31st, but this is not necessary. Just make sure to turn in all keys (front door, room, key fob) and shuttle pass!
