Welcome to Tucson! Whether you’re a returning student or moving here for the first time, August is the perfect time to explore, relax, and get settled before the fall semester kicks off.

At The Seasons student living complex, we’re excited to welcome University of Arizona students (classes begin August 25) and Pima Community College students (August 21) back to the desert.

Take full advantage of your new home before things get busy:


Cool Off at the Pool – Relax with a book or hang out with friends between unpacking sessions.

Movie Nights in the Theater Room – Stream your favorite series or host a group screening night.

Game Room Battles – Get to know your neighbors over pool, card games, or console showdowns.

Set a Routine in the Gym – Start the semester strong with a quick workout or yoga stretch in our fitness center.

End of Summer Concert at the Rialto Theatre
Celebrate the end of summer with live music at the
Rialto Theatre. Flipturn, EST Gee, Modest Mouse, and more coming to Tucson this August!

Free First Thursday at Tucson Museum of Art  –
On
August 7, get in free from 5–8 p.m. and enjoy live music, gallery access, and a fun community vibe. 

Stock Up on Back-to-School Gear
Check out
Park Place Mall or for clothes, supplies, and dorm finds. Every Second Saturday they host a Vintage Clothing Popup! You can also shop vintage at the Desert Haze Market August 23.
