The Search for the Perfect Roommate at The Seasons

September 15, 2024

Are you planning to move into The Seasons student living complex?

Whether you're a new student or looking to renew your lease, finding the right roommate can make all the difference in your college experience. Here's a comprehensive guide on how to get a roommate at The Seasons.

Lease an Apartment with Friends

One of the easiest ways to secure a great living situation is to lease an apartment with friends. The Seasons offers a variety of floor plans, from 2-5 bedrooms, all featuring private bathrooms for each bedroom.  If you already have a group of friends or a friend who has agreed to room with you, you can easily lease an apartment together. This ensures you're living with people you know and trust, making for an easy transition and an enjoyable living experience.

Sorority or Fraternity Members

If you're a member of a sorority or fraternity but not living in a Greek house, The Seasons has the perfect solution for you. Consider leasing one of our two-story 5-bedroom penthouses. This option is ideal for groups of friends who want to live together in a spacious and luxurious setting. Each bedroom boasts a built-in desk and walk-in closet, providing ample storage and study space. The penthouses feature a single wall kitchen layout with an island, and you can enjoy fabulous views from your private balcony. It's a great way to maintain your Greek life connections while enjoying the benefits of off-campus living.

Athletes and Teammates

Athletes often have unique schedules and lifestyle needs. If you're an athlete wanting to live with teammates, The Seasons can accommodate your needs. Living with teammates can help create a supportive environment where you can balance academics and athletics more effectively. Plus, you'll have live-in workout buddies!

Roommate Matching Process

If you don't have a roommate in mind, don't worry! The Seasons offers a roommate matching process. This process includes a detailed questionnaire that asks about your interests, hobbies, college major, and pet preferences. By matching you with someone who shares similar lifestyle choices and interests, The Seasons helps ensure a harmonious living situation.

Are you already living at The Seasons and looking to renew your lease for the next year?

Renewing Your Lease

The Seasons offers flexible options to accommodate your changing needs and preferences. Here’s how:

  • Switch Floor Plans: If you're looking for a change of scenery, you can switch to a different floor plan. This allows you to enjoy a new living space without the hassle of moving to a completely different location.

  • Change Roommates: Want to change your roommate dynamic or add more friends to your living arrangement? You can switch roommates when renewing your lease. This flexibility ensures you can live with people who match your lifestyle and interests.

  • Mid-Year Roommate Issues: What if you don't get along with your roommate halfway through the year? We offer a solution for this! If there are available units on the property, you can transfer to a new unit for a $200 transfer fee.
