March Madness Watch Party at The Seasons
March Madness is one of the most exciting times of the year for college sports fans, especially with how the Wildcats are playing! At The Seasons, we’re bringing the energy of the tournament right to our community.
On Thursday, March 19, residents are invited to join us in the clubhouse and movie theater for a March Madness Watch Party as we cheer on the University of Arizona Wildcats and catch the biggest moments of the NCAA tournament together.
Whether you're a die-hard basketball fan or just looking for a fun night with friends, our clubhouse is the perfect place to watch the games.
Watch the Games on the Big Screen
For the watch party, we’ll be streaming the tournament on the large screens in our movie theater and clubhouse, creating the ultimate game-day atmosphere right at home.
Residents can enjoy the full lineup of clubhouse amenities while watching the games, including:
- Big screen viewing in the movie theater
- Fresh popcorn from the popcorn machine
- Pool table
- Basketball hoop arcade game
- Comfortable lounge seating to relax with friends

Want to make the tournament even more exciting? Enter our March Madness Bracket Challenge for a chance to win one month of FREE rent.
Once the NCAA tournament bracket is released on Selection Sunday, residents and non-residents can fill out their predictions and submit their bracket.
How to Enter

Submission Deadline:
Monday, March 16 at 11:59 PM
Prizes
Two winners will be selected:
- 1 winner for new leases – One month free rent
