1. 56th Annual Spring Street Fair
   From March 21-23, 2025, Tucson's Historic Fourth Avenue transforms into a bustling fair with over 300 arts and crafts booths, food vendors, and live entertainment. It's a great opportunity to experience local culture and artistry.
   
   
2. Tucson Festival of Books
   Scheduled for March 15-16, 2025, this festival brings together authors, publishers, and book enthusiasts for a weekend of literary celebration on the University of Arizona campus.
   
   
3. Arizona Friends of Chamber Music Festival
   Running from March 2-8, 2025, this festival features a series of concerts at the Leo Rich Theater, showcasing world-class chamber music performances.

University of Arizona Campus Activities

1. Rock at the Rec 
   Show off your skills at this year's "Rock at the REC" bouldering competition on March 1st from 12-6pm! All levels are welcome to compete. Not a climber? Come watch and cheer on the competitors. There will be FREE pizza!
   
   
2. Kindness Rocks & Coloring 
   Spread kindness on March 20th at 12:30pm. Join the Student Success Ambassadors and create Kindness Rocks!
   
   
3. PAWSE For Pets
   Pause your day to pet therapy animals! Every Monday, from 2-4pm you can drop by the Health Promotion Hideaway in the Bear Down Building for a round of pet therapy from Pet Partners. Pet therapy animals, make new friends on campus, and pause to learn quick tips for your mental health.
   
   
4. La Peña del Surco: A Latin American Folk Music Gathering 
   On March 3, 2025 at the Fred Fox School of Music, experience a night of rich Latin American folk music performed by talented musicians in a lively and cultural setting. A perfect event for music lovers and those looking to connect with Tucson’s diverse artistic community.

1. Poolside BBQ Bash
   Take advantage of Tucson's pleasant March weather by organizing a barbecue by the pool. Gather your friends for a fun-filled evening of grilling and relaxation.
   
   
2. March Madness Viewing Party
   With the NCAA basketball tournament in full swing, host a viewing party in The Seasons' clubhouse. Enjoy the games on the big screen TV, challenge friends to table tennis or pool during halftime, and savor provided snacks and beverages.
   
   
3. BBQ Volleyball Tournament 
   Get ready for the ultimate poolside hangout at The Seasons! Join us 3/19/2025 from 4-7 for a BBQ by the pool with all your favorite eats—hot dogs, burgers, chips, and drinks (yes, we’ve got veggie burgers too!).
   
   But that’s not all! We’re turning up the competition with a Volleyball Tournament, where the stakes are high and the prizes are even higher:
   
   🏆 First Place: Unlimited wristbands to Funtasticks—enjoy unlimited mini-golf, go-karts, laser tag, and more!
   🥈 Second Place: Take home your very own NFL Blitz arcade machine—game nights will never be the same.
   
   And for nonstop fun? A bouncy house to keep the good vibes going. Mark your calendars and bring your A-game—it’s all happening poolside at The Seasons! 🌊🔥🏐
   
   
4. Open House + Renewal Party 
   Join us on Wednesday 3/26 from 3PM-7PM at the Clubhouse for food, tours, leases, a 🏀 hoops competition and prizes! Resident favorite Creativo Yesenia returns with an 🌽 Eloté Bar. Food is limited, so come early and eat up.
   
   🏀 The Seasons has teamed up with fellow Wildcat, now pro basket-baller for the Miami Heat, Keshad Johnson. Anyone that signs a lease for Fall 2025 will get a basketball jersey signed by Keshad!
