2.   OPEN HOUSE + Poolside BBQ (April 11, 2025)   
Looking for your next home? Stop by The Seasons’ Open House + Poolside BBQ on 4/11! Enjoy food, entertainment, and exclusive leasing deals while exploring what The Seasons has to offer from 3PM-7PM. Whether you're a current resident or new to the community, this event is a great opportunity to secure your spot for next year!

3. Easter Egg Hunt Giveaway (April 18th - April 21st, 2025)

The ultimate springtime hunt is happening at The Seasons! Starting Friday, April 18 at 10 AM, our team is hiding 500 candy-filled eggs all around the property—and you’ll have until Monday, April 21 at 12 PM to find as many as you can.

Here’s how it works:

✨ Some eggs will contain special prize slips—
Find one, and you could win a gift card or a Private Movie Theater Party for you and your friends (complete with pizza, drinks, and the movie of your choice!)
*These prize eggs don’t count for points.

💥 Points = Prizes:
Every egg turned into the Leasing Office = 1 point
The Top 3 egg collectors will win surprise prizes—trust us, they’re worth it 👀

4. Open House + Renewal Party (April 30th, 2025)

Join us at our next Open House + Renewal Party! There will be catering from BJ'S, including; sliders, wings, mozzarella sticks, and more. You'll have opportunities to win giveaways. Anyone that takes a tour gets a Starbucks gift card just for touring.
