Move-out day is almost here! At The Seasons student living complex in Tucson, Arizona, move-out day is July 31st at 10 AM . Whether you’re a University of Arizona student, Pima Community College s tudent, or graduating and moving on, we’ve got your back.

Here’s how to pack, clean, and move out like a pro — and leave your space spotless.

Know Your Move-Out Date

Our move-out day is July 31st . Plan ahead and mark it on your calendar. Give yourself at least a week to organize, pack, and clean.

Declutter and Organize

Go through every room, closet, and cabinet.

✅ Donate unwanted items to local charities like the Humane Society or Casa Maria Soup Kitchen
✅ Recycle electronics, paper, and other eligible items
✅ Toss broken or damaged belongings you won’t be taking with you

Deep Clean for Your Final Inspection

Make your move smooth, focus on:

�� Bathroom : Scrub sinks, shower, and toilet
�� Kitchen : Empty and wipe down fridge, oven, microwave, and cabinets
��️ Living Areas : Vacuum, dust, wipe down walls, and clean windows

Hydration = Survival

Let’s be real: Arizona heat is intense. With triple-digit temps being the norm, dehydration can sneak up on you fast.

Always bring more water than you think you’ll need.
Plan for at least one liter of water per hour during outdoor activity.
Electrolyte drinks or hydration tablets can be a big help.
Skip the alcohol or caffeine before hikes—they’ll dehydrate you even faster.

Pro tip: Freeze your water bottle the night before so it stays cold longer while you're out.

DIY Halloween Decor: 3 Easy and Budget-Friendly Projects for Your Apartment

Halloween is the perfect time to get crafty and add some spooky vibes to your space.

Whether you're decking out your bedroom, living room, or balcony at The Seasons, these three easy DIY Halloween decorations will help you create the perfect haunted atmosphere—all on a college student’s budget! Plus, we’ll tell you where to buy supplies locally, so you can start decorating right away.

1. DIY Hanging Ghosts

These cute, spooky ghosts are a great addition to any room and can be made using simple, affordable materials.

Materials Needed:

White fabric or old white sheets (check a thrift store like Goodwill )
Cotton balls or small foam balls (Dollar Tree)
String or fishing line (Dollar Tree or Target)
Scissors
Black marker (optional for drawing faces)

Instructions:

Cut the Fabric : Start by cutting your white fabric into squares about 12x12 inches, depending on how big you want the ghosts to be.
Make the Head : Place a cotton ball or foam ball in the center of the fabric square and gather the fabric around it to create the head.
Tie Off the Head : Use a piece of string to tie off the fabric just under the cotton ball, creating the ghost's head. Let the remaining fabric hang down to form the ghost's body.
